1860 $10 Clark Gruber MS 55
|Type:||Clark, Gruber & Co.|
|Category:||Colorado Gold (1860-1861)|
A gorgeous example of this all-time classic! After the Pikes Peak gold discoveries, the Clark, Gruber company took gold from miners and minted private issue coins. These are among the classics of the “territorial gold” series. Colorado was a territory of the United States until it’s 1876 statehood. This specimen is very near Mint State and is very attractive. An amazing piece of “Pikes Peak” gold.
