Description
One of the finest known of the date and the variety! All early “Bust” silver coins are scarce in any grade, and rare in Gem condition. For the 1833 Bust dime, in almost 40 years PCGS has only graded seven examples MS66 and only 2 have been graded higher. For the “Last 3 High” variety, PCGS has graded 4 examples MS66. This gorgeous Gem has virtually perfect surfaces. The strike is 100% full, with razor sharp detail of the hair and the eagle’s feathers and claws. The luster is white and very frosty.
