Description
A total Gem that is nearly superb. This specimen is obviously very high end for the grade, as it has the 65+ designation from PCGS. The market for plus grades is relatively new and somewhat undeveloped. I have a very strong feeling that plus grade prices will be looked back upon as quite reasonable.
