Outrageous quality and insane toning!!!! What a beauty. The bell lines should be totally full with no crossing marks, and this specimens has full bell lines you normally only see in proofs. The eye appeal seems to be from another planet, as the toning is an ultra-intense deep golden rainbow. In 38 years, PCGS has never graded one higher. This is certainly the best we’ve ever seen…so let’s call it what it probably is…THE FINEST KNOWN!
