Description
A remarkable Liberty half eagle proof type coin. The strike is full, the surfaces are practically pristine, and the radiant devices exhibit blatant contrast with the mirrored fields. It is easy to see why this Premium Gem is certified PR66DCAM by PCGS. Only 140 proofs were produced, and several were eventually spent, presumably during economic hard times.
